Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products, most of which are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds or returns on opened or used items.

However, we do make exceptions for:

  • Wrong items sent

  • Damaged packaging upon delivery

  • Quality concerns with sealed products

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable goods (e.g. merchandise, accessories), refunds or exchanges may be offered within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.
